Do you like what you see??

What you see is the truth. What you see is right. What you see is you.

Coming to terms with who you are is a process that allows growth. You look, you see, you understand and you accept. When you are done with this process you now control exposure. You control what comes and what goes. You control who is in and who's out.

It's funny how we would like to know who we are, but we don't really like what we see. The mirror allows you you and when it does you are somewhat not satisfied with what you see. You either want more or less and this is because the idea of yourself has been planted way before you were allowed a mirror.

What you see is not what you know. The reflection is scary because it's not you. In your head you are like many other people around you and it scares you that you don't look anything like them. They have told you that real men/women are like what you found to be already existing. And you are not allowed to be anything less or more than that.

The reflection says other wise. You are not build like them, you don't sound like them. You are not them. You are different. This terms are new to you. You don't understand how because you are meant to be them.

You now start isolating yourself. You start hiding yourself. You start being insecure. You are not free. You are not happy. The reflection showed you different and as far as you know different is not allowed. You can't stand yourself. All you do is try to figure out what's wrong with you. You stop living because 'you are wrong'.

When you go back to the mirror still no change, even with the efforts you have went through to try changing. At this point nothing is nice. Hate creeps in. Fear takes charge and no one knows who you are because you are not allowed to show or express.

Your reflection is truth. Different is truth. Truth is power. Truth allows freedom. Truth allows you to live. So accept reflection and you will live the best life ever.

The reflection is you and you are truth and your truth is life.
